Account Management

Your account is who you are in Mycorr. It carries your identity, the organizations you belong to, and everything you own.

Creating an account

Two ways in:

  • Continue with Google — the fastest route, and no password to keep.
  • Email and password — enter your full name, email address and a password.

A password sign-up sends a verification email. Open it and follow the link before signing in; until you do, the account exists but is not yet yours to use.

If you were invited to an organization or to a resource, follow the link in the invitation. It brings you to the same sign-up, and your access is waiting when you arrive.

Signing up with Google and signing up with a password create the same kind of account. What differs is how you prove it is you.

Terms and privacy

Before you can use the app, you accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. When either is updated you are asked again, and the screen says plainly that the terms have changed rather than presenting them as new.

Signing in

Use whichever method you signed up with.

If you forgot a password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. A reset link is sent to your address; it lets you set a new password and sign in again.

Your personal organization

Every account gets one Personal organization at sign-up. It holds exactly one person — you — and it is where your own models and tables live.

It has its own plan and its own storage allowance, separate from any company organization you belong to. See Organizations and Billing.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is deliberate, reversible for a window, and it tells you what will happen before you confirm.

  1. Open settings and choose to delete your account.
  2. Read the summary, which is calculated for your account specifically — it names the number of tables involved.
  3. Confirm.

You then have 48 hours. During that window you can still sign in and cancel, and everything comes back.

What happens

  • Your personal organization, every space in it and every model you own go to the Trash for 48 hours.
  • After that, your models and their tables are deleted for good.
  • Tables that other people imported stay copyable for a further 10 days, so their work is not destroyed without warning, and then go too.
  • Models in organization spaces you manage are not affected — they belong to the space, not to you.
  • If you are the only admin of a team, another member is promoted automatically.
  • Teams you own with no other members are permanently deleted.

Your saved connections, personal access tokens and stored credentials are removed with the account.

Two things that stop the deletion

You are the only owner of an organization. Deletion is refused outright, because it would leave that organization with no owner and no way to recover one. Hand ownership to someone else first; the dialog lists the organizations and links to each one's settings.

You pay for an organization that stays behind. This does not block the deletion, but you are warned, because deleting your account does not cancel those subscriptions — they keep charging your card until someone replaces it. Replace the card while you are still an owner, or cancel the plan if the organization is winding down too. See when a payment fails for what the people who stay behind will see.

Signing up again afterwards

A deleted address can be used to register again. The new account is genuinely new: it does not recover the old account's data, models or access, all of which were deleted. What you get back is the address, not the history.
