Billing

In Mycorr, everything is billed to an organization, never to a person.

Every account has one Personal organization, created with the account and holding exactly one member — you. Company organizations hold a roster, teams and spaces, and are created by Mycorr on request. Each organization pays for itself: the data it stores, the data it serves, and the seats it holds. See Organizations for how they are structured and who may do what in one.

That is the single rule behind most of what follows:

  • A table you import from someone else counts against their organization, not yours.
  • A colleague who has run out of storage in their personal organization can still write into a company organization that has room.
  • Moving a model between organizations moves the bill with it.
  • Your personal organization and each company organization are on separate plans, with separate bills and separate invoices.

Who can do what

Governing an organization and paying for it are two different rights.

Billing is owner-only, and deliberately narrower than every other governance right. An admin runs the organization; the owner pays for it. An organization can have more than one owner, and every owner gets the full billing surface.

There is no "downgrade" button between tiers. You move up by buying a plan and down by cancelling it, which drops the organization to Free at the end of the cycle you have paid for. Within a tier you can move either way by changing the seat count.

Members are not shut out of everything. When an organization hits a limit, a banner tells every member which limit was reached and when it resets, so someone whose export just failed knows why — and is told that an owner can move to a larger plan.

Where to find it

  1. Look at the top of the left sidebar. It shows the organization you are working in, with its plan on a badge beside the name.
  2. Hover over it. A gear appears at the right of the row.
  3. Click the gear. Organization settings open.
  4. Choose Plan & usage from the menu on the left.

If you do not see Plan & usage, you are a member rather than an owner or admin of that organization.

To reach a different organization's billing, click the organization name first and switch to it, then use the gear.

What is on the page

  • Plan — what the organization is on, what it costs, how many seats it holds, when it renews, and the buttons that change any of that.
  • Usage — storage, egress and MCP tool calls, each against its ceiling, with the date the monthly allowances start over.
  • Invoices — every payment, with a PDF to download.

Anything urgent — a failed card, a missing card, a payment being applied — appears above all three, at the top of the page.

Your personal organization also carries a small meter at the foot of the sidebar, which appears once you pass 80% of an allowance. It is a warning, not a dashboard; company organizations show their usage on the Plan & usage page instead, where the people who can act on it are.

Who takes the payment

Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as Merchant of Record. They charge the card, calculate and remit tax, and issue the invoice.

Two consequences worth knowing up front, because they explain a lot of what the app does:

  • Card details never reach Mycorr. Every card form you see in Mycorr is Paddle's, rendered inside a Mycorr dialog. We never hold a card number.
  • Money figures on an invoice are Paddle's to compute. Mycorr shows you the recurring rate, which is exact. Tax, proration and the final total are calculated by Paddle and appear on the invoice.

The company name and tax number you enter are held by Paddle, because they are what the invoice is issued against.
